The National Wine Agency will employ up to 60 young people as operators at the 2026 grape harvest coordination headquarters and wineries.
Candidates were selected through interviews and received specialized training from Agriculture Ministry experts. Some already have experience working during previous harvest seasons.
Operators will record and process grape delivery data through the harvest registration system, which has been in use since 2013 to ensure accurate information and support efficient harvest management.
Georgia’s 2026 grape harvest is expected to reach around 320,000 tons, according to preliminary estimates.
