Mariam Tavberidze, the founder of the Georgian clothing brand "Hamo Concept" says that proper communication with the customer is the most important thing that the company should do.
The point is that the "National Agency of Competition" has developed a regulation in which all traders are obliged to indicate the price of the product clearly both in trading facilities and on social media.
Accoridng to the founder of "Hamo Concept", those companies that do not indicate the price of the product on social media try to increase the company's activity on Facebook or Instagram page with many comments on the post.
"We always look at communication from the customer's point of view and think, if I were a customer, what kind of service would I like. When you have an online store, even if it only includes pages on social media, you are obliged to provide the customer with complete information about the product, including the price, because in many cases the buyer chooses the product based on the price.
Personally, when I don't see the product price, I lose the desire to communicate with this company, it is a great inconvenience and a waste of time for the customers, and in other words, it can be considered as a violation of their rights," said Mariam Tavberidze.
