Bioli Medical Wellness Resort, located in Kojori, will host its guests with renovated services this year. As Tamaz Mchedlidze, the founder of Bioli told BM.GE, demand growth has been observed from local customers. As for foreign guests, the resort has hosted 97 countries' citizens since its launch.
According to Tamaz Mchedlidze, despite that tourism recovered in 2022, 2021 was more interesting for Bioli, as demand was relatively high for medical "wellness" rest amid the pandemic. As the founder of the hotel notes, in 2022, they did not have additional new vacationers.
"This year we think that wellness direction will be more in demand. We have actually halved the cost of accommodation and service for Georgian citizens. Accordingly, the friendliness of the locals has increased", says Tamaz Mchedlidze.
Bioli Wellness Resort, which is a 20-minute drive from Tbilisi, offers guests various wellness procedures in an ecologically clean environment. The hotel also plans to build additional cottages on the territory of "Bioli" and create emotional corners at the resort, where white peacocks will be represented.
Tamaz Mchedlidze, the founder of "Bioli" noted that the prices of accommodation at the resort are based on the variety of procedures and services.
Tamaz Mchedlidze started creating the wellness resort "Bioli" in 2005 in order to create a healthy life industry in the country, for which he has already invested USD 40 million.
