In November 2025, the number of people receiving a monthly salary in Georgia fell to 996,988, down 0.8% from October 2025 and 1% compared to November 2024, according to PMC Research Center’s employment tracker.
Most recipients earned between GEL 600 and GEL 1,200, while the fewest earned GEL 9,600 or more. Salary distribution in November was as follows:
- GEL 0 – GEL600: 119,638 people (12.4% of recipients), up 0.2 percentage points from October 2025 but down 4 pp year-on-year.
- GEL600 - GEL1,199: 199,397 people (20%), up 1 pp from the previous month.
- GEL1,200 - GEL 2,399: 348,945 people (35%), up 1 pp month-on-month.
- GEL 2,400 or more: 329,006 people (33.2%), down 1.1 pp from October but up 4.5 pp year-on-year.
- GEL 9,600 or more: 28,912 people (2.9%), down 0.3 pp month-on-month, up 0.5 pp compared to November 2024.
PMC’s data highlights a slight decline in overall salary recipients, while the largest share continues to earn mid-range salaries.
