Number of transactions in new projects in Tbilisi increased by 8% in 3Q24

In Q3 2024 the number of transactions in new projects in Tbilisi increased by 8%. While the figure for old flats features a 11% decrease compared to Q3 2023, - according to the report published by Colliers Georgia on the web-page of ReCov.ge.

As of September 2024 the weighted average price of newly-built flats in Tbilisi has increased by 8% in the suburbs and 10% in the city centre. While in the wide centre 1% decline was witnessed.

In September 2024 the number of transactions in new projects in Tbilisi increased by 20%. While the figure for old flats features a 6% decrease compared to September 2023.

In Q3 2024 the weighted average price of old flats in Tbilisi has increased by 12% in the city centre, 9% in the suburbs and 8% in the wide centre.

As of September 2024 in Tbilisi the weighted average price of old flats has increased by 8% in the suburbs, 10% in city centre and 12% in the wide centre.

In Q3 2024, in Tbilisi the number of transactions of residential flats amounted to 10,377 units, reflecting 3% YoY increase. Market size increased by 14% standing at USD 718 millions.

In September 2024, in Tbilisi the number of transactions of residential flats amounted to 3,545 units, reflecting 12% YoY decrease. Market size increased by 25% standing at USD 247 millions.
