The Number Of Transactions Of Residential Flats Amounted To 9,824 Units In Tbilisi For 1Q24

In the first quarter of 2024, in Tbilisi the number of transactions of residential flats amounted to 9,824 units, reflecting 3% YoY decrease.

According to the new report on the real-estate published by Colliers Georgia, the market size increased by 3% standing at USD 622 millions.

In the first quarter 2024 the number of transactions in new projects increased by 4%. While the figure for old flats features a 16% decrease compared to Q1 2023.

As of the first quarter of 2024 the weighted average price of newly-built flats in Tbilisi has increased by 8% in the suburbs and decreased by 3% in the wide centre. Meanwhile the figure has remained the same in the city centre.

As of the first quarter of 2024 in Tbilisi the weighted average price of old flats has increased by 10% in the suburbs and the wide centre, while in the city centre 7% growth was witnessed.

According to the data published on Recov.ge, in March 2024, in Tbilisi the number of transactions of residential flats amounted to 3,127 units, reflecting 11% YoY decrease. Market size decreased by 7% standing at USD 199 millions.

In March 2024 the number of transactions in new projects decreased by 4%. While the figure for old flats features a 25% decrease compared to March 2023.

As of March 2024 the weighted average price of newly-built flats in Tbilisi has increased by 9% in the suburbs, while the figure has decreased by 7% and 1% in the wide and city centre.

As of March 2024 in Tbilisi the weighted average price of old flats has increased by 7% in the suburbs, while in the wide centre and city centre 14% and 4% growth was witnessed.
