Company Orbi Group declares that the main challenge for the sector is the lack of professionals. As the head of the company told BMG, the company plans to establish professional school to prepare highly qualified staff.
“The main challenge is staff. We started to mobilize the personal, who should manage Orbi City. We also think to establish professional school to retrain the staff. Despite that, the government has this resource and we actively apply that, but it is not enough, as we have a multi-functional complex, which includes hotels and various directions. There will be time, that our migrant will return back. The business will be the initiator because there will be the need.
We employee from 5-6 thousand persons, our company is a holding and unites 35 companies”, - Irakli Kvergelidze said.
As Kverghelidze told BMG, a total number of hotel rooms exceeds 12 thousand. After the completion of Orbi City project, another 4,000 rooms will be added to the fund, so the company will exceed the total hotel rooms number created jointly in Tbilisi and Batumi.
