The employee loyalty index of the development company Archi has risen sharply in recent years, reaching 84% in the 2026 study.
On the "Business Morning" program, Archi General Director Shio Khetsuriani and Head of HR Etuna Zhvania discussed what this indicator means for the company, the policies and approaches behind it, and how Archi works to strengthen employee development and engagement.
Shio Khetsuriani emphasized the central role of employees in the company’s success, noting that they are the main asset on which the company relies.
"For us, as a leading company, the main value is people and caring for people. This includes not only our employees but also our valued customers. We understand very well that it is thanks to our employees that our customers receive the products and services that make them happy and satisfied. It is precisely this combination – our employees and our customers – that determines why we are the number one company today.
Every year, we plan the next year by identifying what the company needs, what each person needs for professional growth, and the direction in which they want to develop. This is how the development plan for the coming year is drawn up," said Khetsuriani.
Etuna Zhvania highlighted that Archi’s employee loyalty index is high not only locally but also globally. According to him, this strong result motivates the company to work even harder to maintain and improve it.
"We have been conducting these studies for a long time, and very few companies around the world achieve such an indicator. Not even Google, for example, has reached this level at this stage. IBM has a very high result, but in the Georgian context, this is unprecedented. It would help if companies in Georgia systematically compared themselves on employee happiness, engagement, and satisfaction.
Our employees know that any development contributing to their professional and career growth is possible with us, and they receive full support,"* said Zhvania.
