Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze emphasized the importance of open communication with the public during a presentation of the capital’s urban and transport projects implemented since 2017. Speaking at the event, Kaladze said the City Hall’s strength lies in its continued engagement with residents of Tbilisi.
“Our strength lies in the fact that we have never cut off ties with the population of Tbilisi. We always provide information about what we are doing and what projects we have planned,” Kaladze stated. “Of course, we do not shy away from discussing the challenges and problems facing the capital.”
The event, organized by Tbilisi City Hall, was attended by Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze, members of the Cabinet of Ministers, representatives of local government and the business community, as well as urban development and transport policy experts.
City Hall noted that while numerous projects have been successfully implemented in recent years, the city continues to face complex urban challenges that require further attention and action.
