Leading Georgian outdoor advertising company Alma LLC reported a GEL 68.7 million consolidated revenue for 2024, a GEL 15 million (28%) increase compared to the previous year, driven largely by heightened demand during the parliamentary election period.

According to the audit report, the majority of income came from advertising contracts (GEL 63.7 million), with an additional GEL 5 million from banner printing services.

Despite strong operational performance, net profit dropped to GEL 8.5 million from GEL 29.3 million in 2023, mainly due to a one-time gain from the sale of a subsidiary last year.

Alma also significantly increased investments in intangible assets and property, boosting its total assets to GEL 352.6 million, a 26% rise from 2023.

By the end of 2024, Global Investors Limited (Malta) became Alma’s sole shareholder. The company’s ultimate beneficiaries are Levan and Soso Pkhakadze, each holding a 50% stake.

Established in 1995, Alma holds exclusive long-term outdoor advertising rights in Tbilisi, Batumi, and various other municipalities, including airports, transport infrastructure, and riverside properties. The group operates a printing house and manages 11 subsidiaries, including Laguna, Lomsia, Kraken 8, and Alma Lisi.
