The Parliament discussed for the I reading and adopted the Draft Law on Tourism with 79 votes.
The Draft regulates the issues related to the state policy on the tourism sphere, legal regulation of touristic activity, management of the touristic areas, registration of the travel subjects, contracts on the tour package and combined services, protection of insolvency, high-risk tourist activity, as well as the regulation of the activity of the guides, time distribution, long breaks, re-sale and exchange agreements, as well as the enforcement of the legislation on tourism.
