The Parliament has approved an amendment to the Law on Entrepreneurs in the third reading, garnering support from 82 votes. This draft law underwent accelerated consideration, including both the second and third readings.
Under the provisions of this draft law, enterprises registered prior to January 1, 2022, will be given the opportunity to align their registration data with the requirements outlined in this law until April 1, 2025. To achieve this, such enterprises must submit a decision from their founders, as per the procedures specified in the last charter of the enterprise registered before January 1, 2022, and in accordance with the established quorum requirements for general meeting decisions.
Transitional provisions related to extending the prescribed deadline have also been incorporated into the law
