Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan shared the key principles of his personnel policy on his Facebook page, addressing recent high-level government appointments.
According to the Prime Minister, all senior officials appointed in November fall into one of two categories. The first group includes participants in the 2018 "Velvet Revolution," who have successfully passed electoral scrutiny, earned public trust, and proven effective in fulfilling their mandates. The second group consists of professionals who were already part of the state administration system before the revolution and have since been given greater opportunities to realize their potential.
Pashinyan emphasized that members of the second group have demonstrated a strong commitment to the ideology of the ruling majority and have become integral to a team built on the values of the "Velvet Revolution," the "Real Armenia" concept, statehood, sovereignty, and independence.
While the Prime Minister noted that other approaches may be used in the future, these principles will remain the cornerstone of the government’s personnel policy.

Additionally, Narek Zeynalyan, a member of parliament from the ruling Civil Contract Party, announced his resignation amid these developments.
