Pashinyan, von der Leyen, and Blinken to discuss trilateral cooperation for Armenia's development

A meeting between Armenian prime minister Nikol Pashinyan, president of the European commission Ursula von der Leyen, and US secretary of state Antony Blinken will take place in Brussels on April 5. This was announced by the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan, as reported by Armenpress.

According to Grigoryan, the meeting will focus on avenues for trilateral cooperation aimed at promoting Armenia's development.

"The meeting between von der Leyen, Prime Minister Pashinyan, and Secretary Blinken is scheduled for April 5 this year in Brussels, where they plan to discuss ways of trilateral cooperation that will contribute to Armenia's development. The event also aims to enhance Armenia's resilience. More details on this may be discussed in the near future," said Grigoryan.

On october 5, 2023, prime minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan and president of the European commission Ursula von der Leyen, following their meeting in Granada, released a joint statement. Ursula von der Leyen announced the preparation of a joint EU-USA event in support of Armenia.
