As of June 30, 2025, the total assets of Georgia’s Pension Fund reached GEL 7.1 billion, with GEL 1.8 billion generated in investment income, according to the latest official data.
The number of beneficiaries in the pension scheme now stands at 1,623,000. Since the fund's inception, 22,135 individuals have received pension payouts, totaling GEL 89.3 million.
The month of June was one of the strongest for the fund’s investment portfolios this year, thanks to improved investor sentiment driven by easing global tensions and progress in international trade negotiations. This led to stock market growth, particularly benefiting the fund’s dynamic portfolio, which posted a 2.39% return for the month.
Portfolio returns for June:
- Dynamic portfolio: +2.39% (49.1% international stocks)
- Balanced portfolio: +1.78% (31% international stocks)
- Conservative portfolio: +1.27% (16.7% international stocks)
Since their launch on August 6, 2023, the dynamic portfolio has recorded an annualized return of 13.8%, outperforming the balanced (12.7%) and conservative (11.6%) portfolios.
