The ongoing political processes in Georgia, and above all, the law on transparency, made a complete lustration of people in our country. The law has not yet come into force and it has already been directly revealed who is on the side of their country and who is serving an external power, Guram Macharashvili, a member of People's Power, writes on social media.

As he notes, "today, when the situation in the country has calmed down, and people have continued to live as usual, only the representatives of the spy network do not stop in Georgia, and they will not stop, because they are acting on assignments."

Macharashvili draws attention to the fact that people who protest against the adoption of the law are involved in campaigns of bullying, insults and psychological violence, and have a feeling of impunity.

According to him, prosecuting these people under espionage article is an existential issue, because leaving the lustrated spies unpunished has a heavy impact on the country's sovereignty and stability.

"The ongoing political processes in Georgia, and above all, the law on transparency, made a complete lustration of people in our country. The law has not yet come into force and it has already been directly revealed who is on the side of their country and who is serving an external power. Of course, among the participants of the faded protests, there were sincere people who were deceived by propaganda, but unlike last year, their share was so small that the government passed the law, which is needed for the country like air, without any complications.

Personally, I was not at all surprised by the extreme opposition of Western countries to the law. The matter is simple - the law exposes not only the agents operating on the ground, spies, but directly exposes their financiers, and therefore, the Georgian people will get full information about the dark processes in the backstage of politics”, said Macharashvili.

According to him, foreign spies organized self-lustration, which must be followed by legal proceedings.

“All those who protest against the adoption of the law, are engaged in bullying and insults, attempt psychological violence against the adopters and supporters of the law, as well as their parents, children and other family members, should be judged under the espionage clause. Prosecuting these people is an existential issue, because leaving the lustrated spies unpunished will have a very heavy impact on the country's sovereignty and stability. Unfortunately, today these people have a feeling of impunity and therefore, they spy freely and do not give rest to the state”, he said.
