Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili will participate in the world leaders' summit at the 28th UN Climate Change Conference scheduled to be held this year in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
The Prime Minister will address the summit's participant world leaders.
Irakli Garibashvili will also attend an event celebrating the UAE National Day.
