The first "Outlet Village" in the region will be opened in Tbilisi, Georgia. Its presentation will be held on September 8.
Georgian Outlet and Resort Group will complete the first phase of the construction of an outlet village in an area of 10 ha in 2022. Domus will invest GEL 70 million in the project with the support of TBC Bank.
"Outlet Village" will be located on Tbilisi bypass road M2FC + 4F, village Gamargveba; the so-called area of Gezi.
“After the completion of the project, commercial space of 22,000 sq.m. will be built, where 120 medium and high segment international brands will be located. The management of the trade space will be carried out by the American outlet management company “TORG”, one of the top companies in the world," the Georgian Outlet and Resort Group said.
According to the company, 500 jobs will be created during the construction of "Outlet Village", and more than 2000 people will be employed during the full-time operation of the retail space.

Outlet's annual turnover amounts to tens of millions of USD, which will help increase the country's budget tax revenues. In addition, Outlet Village will have a positive impact on the development of the retail sector as well as overcoming the difficulties of the pandemic period, as the new retail space is a new and effective channel for the sale of products stored in the warehouses.

The author of the project "Outlet Village" is one of the most famous Spanish architectural companies in the world, whose signature also includes "Outlets of Barcelona and Madrid", "Santiago Bernabeu Stadium", etc.
The food facilities of "Outlet Village" will offer visitors a unique gastronomic experience. In order to popularize the ancient Georgian winemaking culture, it is also planned to open an original concept wine bar.
