Gia Lominadze, CFO of Adjara Textile declares that privatization rules might be simplified, if the state wants Georgia to be attractive to foreign investors. According to him, privatization regulations are difficult for foreign investors.
"If we want to attract foreign investment, privatization and regulations must be simplified. Simple rules will be more attractive for various companies who consider Georgia as a target market," Lominadze said.
According to him, the Prime Minister expressed readiness to resolve this issue.
"The Prime Minister expressed readiness that any project, even very small, will be supported by the state. If there have been any delays in this regard, certain groups will work to eliminate and we can easily implement any project, even in the case of privatization," - said Lominadze.
