Registration for summer kindergartens will open on June 9 and continue through the end of the month. This summer, fifty-five kindergartens will serve approximately 20,000 children across Tbilisi, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze announced at the municipal government meeting.
Online registration is available on the Tbilisi Kindergarten Management Agency website—www.kids.org.ge. The program is designed for children aged 2 to 6. Teachers working during the summer season will receive additional bonuses as compensation.
According to Kakha Kaladze, kindergartens have been selected based on a geographical principle to ensure that services are equally accessible to residents of all districts within Tbilisi. The mayor also added that the project will be funded with up to five million GEL from the 2025 city budget.
