In July 2023 there was a 5% growth observed in monthly terms for average asking rent price in Tbilisi, reaching $13.1, which is 48% higher compared to last year, reads the monthly publication of TBC Capital on Residential Real Estate in Tbilisi.
With rent recording a notable growth, the rental yield in Tbilisi went up to 11.9%, posting a 2.1
percentage points annual increase, the report says.
In terms of the supply on the market, the authors of the publication note that in seven months of 2023 (7M) the residential area covered by issued construction permits doubled relative to the same period of 2022.
