In January–February 2026, Georgia collected GEL 23.7 million in road usage fees, reflecting a 3% annual decline. During this period, 67,736 trailers used the country’s roads, down from 69,998 trailers in the same period last year.
In February alone, 36,375 trailers passed through Georgia, contributing GEL 12.7 million to the state budget. The decline in trailer traffic continues to affect overall road usage revenue.
For context, in 2025, the total road usage revenue reached GEL 171.2 million, with 489,391 international trucks using Georgian roads. This is slightly lower than 2024, when 512,665 trailers were recorded.
