Rustavi Steel had a strong 2025, increasing seamless pipe production by 15%, continuing the rapid growth seen in previous years. Compared to 2023–2024, production had already tripled, and last year’s increase reflects steady expansion at a high output level. The company also improved cost efficiency through new steel production equipment, reducing overall expenses.
The company produces unique, seamless pipes in various sizes, thicknesses, and specifications. Nearly 100% of production is exported, with 33,000 tons sold in 2025. Rustavi Steel sees strong demand for its products due to limited regional competition in the Caucasus.
The main export markets for the company are the United States and Europe, specifically Italy, the Netherlands, and Germany. Smaller quantities reach other countries, reflecting the high quality and competitiveness of Georgian-made pipes.
Looking ahead, Rustavi Steel plans to expand exports to Central Asia, South Asia, and parts of South America, aiming to grow its presence in global markets while maintaining the quality standards expected by leading industrial buyers worldwide.
