Ex-Governor of the National Bank of Georgia and former MP Roman Gotsiridze declares, that sanctioning of Uta Ivanishvili will be enough to collapse Ivanishvili's empire.
"Sanctioning Ivanishvili's wife will create a huge problem, but putting Uta Ivanishvili on the sanction list, would be enough to collapse Ivanishvili’s “Empire”. Uta Ivanishvili is the founder of the Cartu Fund, and Cartu is the founder of everything, everything will collapse with this," Gotsiridze said, adding that Bidzina Ivanishvili currently has a warning and insulting sanction.
According to him, not even 1% of the sanctions imposed by the US has been implemented yet, "neither Ivanishvili, nor the government or the NBG can have any idea what processes are taking place in the country," he added.
