Shiraki Is Working To Expand Export Markets

Georgian dairy company Shiraki is working to expand its export markets.

According to the founder of the company Nikoloz Benianidze, today Canada and Israel are interested in Shiraki products.

The company processes up to 10 tons of raw milk per day, of which 15-20% is exported. Today, cheese and sour cream under the brand "Shiraki" are sold in Singapore, Dubai, France and the USA.

Shiraki exports about 40 tons of products per year. The company explains that product prices increased on the local as well as international markets due to the row milk and transportations cost increase.
