At the seventh BARTA awards ceremony, Silknet was honored with the Grand Prize in the category of Large Non-Financial Companies. Year after year, the company continues to refine its transparency and reporting, setting a high benchmark for annual reporting, accounting, financial disclosure, and auditing.
“Silknet’s fourth BARTA award once again reaffirms the company's unwavering commitment to the highest international standards of responsible corporate governance and transparency. Our corporate culture and high standard of accountability consistently reinforce the trust of investors, partners, and subscribers, which is the primary guarantee of the company's sustainable development” – Ana Gakhokidze, Deputy CFO of Silknet.
The Best Annual Report and Transparency Award (BARTA) was established in 2019 as part of a joint European Union and World Bank project focused on financial inclusion and accountability.
Each year, the BARTA competition recognizes excellence among large financial, large non-financial, and small-to-medium-sized enterprises, fostering healthy competition and elevating corporate reporting standards across the board. Winning the BARTA 2025 Grand Prize further solidifies trust in Silknet within the telecommunications sector and bolsters its competitiveness on both a local and international scale.
