Lithuanian MEP Rasa Jukneviciene has responded to Germany’s decision to impose additional entry bans on “persons responsible for the crackdown” on protests in Georgia.
She welcomed Germany’s decision, saying that it was "a very welcome decision by Germany to impose personal sanctions on the Georgian officials responsible for the erosion of democracy in the country.
Since Orbán is blocking these sanctions at the EU level, all remaining Member States should impose these sanctions individually", - Rasa Juknevičienė wrote on social platform X.
