In January-September this year, social expenditures (salary fund, pensions and social benefits, medicine and food expenses according to economic classification) of the state budget of Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 7,655,200,000 (US$4,503,058,792), accounting for 43.2% of total expenditures.
Report informs, citing the Ministry of Finance, that this is AZN 483.5 million (US$284 mln) or 6.7% more compared to the same period last year.
During nine months, the commitments made by the treasury bodies on expenditure orders submitted by budget organizations were fully and timely financed.
