Apartment rents in Tbilisi remained at a high level in June 2026, according to Galt & Taggart's latest residential real estate update. The average rent for a medium-sized apartment (50–60 sq.m) reached $10.1 per square meter, up 1.4% month-on-month, while the average rental yield stood at 8.5%.
The report shows that average weighted rental prices across the capital range between $8 and $16 per square meter, depending on the district. Vake recorded the highest rental rates, while Samgori had the lowest.
Compared to June 2025, rental prices increased across all districts, highlighting the continued strength of Tbilisi's residential rental market despite already elevated price levels.
