Tbilisi’s residential real estate market recorded strong growth in June 2026, with both transaction volumes and apartment prices increasing, according to the latest report from Colliers.
In June, 4,484 residential property transactions were completed in Tbilisi, representing a 35% increase compared with the same month last year. The total value of apartments sold reached $387 million, up 54% year-on-year.
The average price of residential property in the capital stood at $1,314 per square meter in June 2026, marking a 13.5% annual increase, according to Colliers data.
