Tbilisi City Hall has commenced the installation of New Year illuminations on approximately 90 streets and 30 squares.
Giorgi Papava, Director of TbilServiceGroup, observed the installation process on Chavchavadze Avenue.
He explained that installation will take place throughout November and December due to the extensive scope of the project.
