Tbilisi Transport Company has announced a tender of GEL 8 million to purchase spare parts for metro escalators. The procurement includes step frames, rubber handrails, traction chains and other technical components required to maintain the city’s metro escalators.
According to the tender documents, suppliers must provide confirmation that the offered spare parts comply with the standards of LT-3 type escalators used in the Tbilisi Metro system.
The required documentation includes technical specifications, drawings, inspection and testing procedures for traction chain components, as well as warranty terms for the supplied parts. The documents must be issued by the manufacturer of the proposed products.
Companies interested in participating in the tender must submit their proposals by August 10.
