In 2025, Tegeta Cars, the passenger vehicle division of Tegeta Holding, achieved a historic milestone by selling over 5,000 new cars, the highest ever for a single company in Georgia, according to Peter Tsakadze, the division’s Chief Officer. He noted that a few years ago, the entire country’s annual new car sales barely reached this figure.
Compared to 2024, Tegeta Cars sold roughly 1,000 more vehicles last year, with Toyota contributing 40–45% of total sales. Other strong performers included Mazda, Porsche, and Volvo, reinforcing the company’s dominant position across its eight-brand portfolio.
Tsakadze emphasized that the company’s focus extends beyond initial sales. Post-sale services, trade-in programs, and resale of used cars create a full vehicle lifecycle management system, ensuring sustainable business growth. For example, the Toyota lifecycle program spans ten years.
Additionally, 2025 marked Tegeta Cars’ entry into the supercar segment, adding Lamborghini and Bentley to its portfolio. Looking ahead, the company plans to prioritize fleet management in 2026, aiming to transition business clients from ownership to usage, which will optimize operational costs.
