The agency Enterprise Georgia is hosting a summit bringing together global leaders in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. The event welcomed around 20 representatives from top international companies specializing in the remote delivery of business services and processes, who traveled to Georgia to explore the country’s growing investment potential.
The summit was officially opened by Mikheil Khidureli, Director of Enterprise Georgia, who introduced the country’s advantages and opportunities to potential investors. In his address, Khidureli emphasized Georgia’s rising profile in the BPO industry and the critical role the agency has played in fostering its development.
“The BPO sector in the country is developing year by year, and Enterprise Georgia has played a key role in that growth. What began with small-scale projects a decade ago has evolved into a thriving industry. Today, top five global BPO companies, such as Teleperformance (TP) and Concentrix, are operating in Georgia. These companies serve Fortune 500 brands from within Georgia, employ thousands of people, and bring world-class standards to our market,” said Khidureli.
He added that Georgia is now recognized as one of the leading regional hubs for the remote delivery of business services and processes. The agency plans to continue its international outreach through direct negotiations and participation in global exhibitions and conferences.
The event underscores Georgia's growing reputation as a strategic destination for BPO investment and a dynamic part of the global outsourcing landscape.
