The Georgian National Competition Agency signed a commitment agreement with the company " Carrefour Georgia” in favor of the consumer.
In order to eliminate the alleged violation of the law, in accordance with the agreement signed between the Agency and the trader, the company was instructed to implement the following measures:
• To provide the customers with the information defined by the law, in the Georgian language - clearly, comprehensibly and completely;
• To place information intended for the customers- in retail stores and remote sales spaces;
• To indicate the selling price of goods and services in a clear and understandable form;
• To restore the violated rights of consumers.
