On July 2, in the presence of the Minister of Economy of Armenia Gevorg Papoyan the Armenian construction company "Tekhnotun" and the French hotel group Accor signed a memorandum of cooperation.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Economy, this cooperation will bring the Accor Pullman brand to Armenia for the first time. The investment budget for the project exceeds $100 million.
"Tekhnotun" plans to build the Pullman Living and Residences Yerevan complex, which will be managed by Accor. The complex, located at Nork Gardens 180, will meet the highest international standards.
The total area of the complex will be 20,000 square meters, with 16,000 square meters dedicated to public infrastructure, green spaces, and open areas. The project offers the possibility of long-term residence, combining hotel services with the comfort of housing.
