Company "Adjara Group Holding" opened the fourth hotel of Rooms Hotel in Batumi last week.
A 120-room hotel will offer high-quality cuisine, which is a mix of Georgian and American gastronomy. The hotel has two conference halls and event spaces. There is also a lobby bar, where guests can relax and work in a comfortable environment.
Valeri Chekheria, director of "Rooms Hotel", declares at this stage 75 rooms are operational out of 120 rooms. He notes that 99% of guests are Georgians. The hotel rooms will be fully opened in about a month.
The management plans to add various services to the hotel from spring 2024.
The seasonal restaurant "Rooms Kitchen" will be opened on the roof of the hotel building next year, which will have a large bar, pool and massage rooms.
"This year, the average cost of accommodation in Rooms Batumi will be USD 135. However, from next year, after all, services will be launched, the average annual price will increase to about USD 165," said the director of "Rooms Hotel".
