In case the Constitutional Court confirms the violation of the Constitution by the official, the Parliament shall discuss and vote on the issue of impeachment of the official in a plenary session within two weeks after receiving the court's decision. According to the decision of the Parliament, this plenary session can be declared closed.
On the issue of removal from office by impeachment, the regulations establish the following rule and procedure:
After receiving the conclusion of the Constitutional Court on the action of the official, immediately, but not later than 3 hours, the mentioned fact is reported to the Speaker of the Parliament, the initiators of raising the issue of the official's removal from office, factions and other members of the Parliament.
If the Constitutional Court has confirmed the violation of the Constitution by an official in its conclusion, and a regular or extraordinary session of the Parliament is in progress at the time of the adoption of the court's decision, no later than on the 5th calendar day after the adoption of the decision, the Parliament shall adopt a resolution on the schedule of consideration and voting of the decision. In the event that the regular or extraordinary session of the Parliament is not taking place, the Chairman of the Parliament shall submit to the President a request for convening an extraordinary session no later than 24 hours after receiving the conclusion.
The President will be considered removed from office by impeachment, if this decision is supported by at least two-thirds of the full composition of the Parliament. Voting on the issue of removal from office under the impeachment procedure is secret.
In addition, if the Parliament did not vote on the issue of impeachment of the official within the period specified by the regulations, or if this decision was not supported by the appropriate number of members of the Parliament, the issue will be considered removed and it is not allowed to present the same accusation to the said official.
