In 2024, the state received an income of GEL 236,000,896 from property privatization. The National Agency for State Property of the Ministry of Economy states that the privatization plan for 2024 was 100% implemented.
The agency notes that the privatization plan for 2024 amounted to 236,000,000 GEL.
During 2024, the National Agency for State Property announced 1,436 electronic auctions, and the amount of property sold through auctions amounted to a total of 603 objects.
“The agency actively continues the process of accelerated privatization of state property and proactively offers the private sector various real estate attractive for investment. We inform you that the privatization process is transparent and accessible to everyone. Any interested person has the opportunity to participate in ongoing electronic auctions without any bureaucratic procedures and become the owner of a state asset in a short time," - the National Agency for State Property notes.
