The Swiss Fund got interested in the project of "Bioli" wellness cottages. According to the founder of "Bioli" Tamaz Mchedlidze, the resort came up with the project of 20 cottages, which would be locatd on the territory of "Bioli" last year.
As Tamaz Mchedlidze told BM.GE, that was an investment project, and the cottages will be given under a 50-year ownership right. According to the founder of "Bioli", the project combines not only real estate, but also a healthy lifestyle.
"We are planning to build 20 villas, and there is already interest in 7 from the Swiss fund", Mchedlidze said and expressed his hope that the parties will cooperate.
Taking ownership of Bioli wellness cottage for 50 years will cost from USD 900,000 to USD 2.5 million. The project is aimed at high-income tourists who follow a healthy lifestyle and are interested in real estate ownership in the country.
Tamaz Mchedlidze started organizing the wellness resort "Bioli" in 2005 in order to create a healthy life industry in the country, for which he has already invested USD 42 million.
