Ilia Tsulaia, the founder of "Archi" declares, that there is no basis for the US to sanction him.
This is how he answered BMG's question, which was related to the information published by "Radio Liberty".
"This is absurd. There is no basis for my sanctioning. Since my business is being conducted based on Western values, transparently and in full compliance with the law.
I perceive the dissemination of such information as an attempt to blackmail and pressure independent businesses. In general, I doubt the existence of such a letter where any sane person would mention my name and surname in this context.
I call on the disseminator of this information, if it exists, to publish this letter. If it turns out that such a letter really exists, naturally, I will have a legal response to this.
I emphasize once again, that I exclude with 100% that anyone will seriously consider such an unfounded and absurd appeal regarding me, if such exists.
We are operating in America (as you know, Archi is implementing a development project in Florida) and together with our American partners, we plan to expand our activities and launch new projects.
Archi has very ambitious plans for Georgia in 2025 and we are going to launch many new and large-scale projects," - Ilia Tsulaia said.
