Archi co-founder Ilia Tsulaia welcomes the entry of high-tech BI Group into Georgia, emphasizing that Archi, in partnership with one of Central Asia’s largest developers, will significantly enhance and elevate the Georgian real estate sector.
Archi Group has announced the launch of international-standard development projects in Georgia through a newly formed strategic partnership with the Kazakh developer BI Group. As part of this collaboration, BI Group will introduce advanced construction methodologies and cutting-edge digital technologies. The companies also plan to unveil a joint multifunctional residential complex in the near future.
Tsulaia notes that the partnership marks the beginning of ambitious new plans.
“I am glad that such a large-scale, high-tech, and highly successful company has entered Georgia. I met BI Group founder Aidyn Rakhimbayev at Harvard, and today we have begun a partnership - Archi, the number one company in Georgia, and BI Group, the number one company in Central Asia. I am proud that Archi is partnering with such a company and such exceptional people.
We already have big plans: I am confident that we will introduce advanced technologies to Georgia, further strengthen and refine the real estate market, and BI Group’s entry will have an even greater positive impact on the sector.
Why did BI Group choose Georgia? Because the Georgian market is highly attractive. I am sure our partnership will bring significant benefits to the country,” – said Tsulaia.
Aidyn Rakhimbayev, founder of BI Group and one of the leading developers in Central Asia, noted that the company has been observing the Georgian real estate market for a long time and was seeking a trustworthy partner to enter it. According to him, Archi Group represents an ideal partner for BI Group’s expansion into a new market.
