Tourism revenues in Georgia grew to USD 3.1 billion in the first eight months of 2025, marking a 3.3% increase year-on-year, according to Galt & Taggart.
The investment bank’s weekly review reported that August 2025 alone generated USD 600 million in tourism revenues, reflecting a 2.1% rise compared to August 2024.
Based on current trends, Galt & Taggart forecasts that total tourism revenues in Georgia will reach USD 4.5 billion by the end of 2025.
The growth reflects ongoing recovery in the sector and continued interest from both regional and international visitors, underlining tourism’s key role in Georgia’s economy.
