Over 15 Business Associations will hold a press conference requesting a meeting with the Prime Minister.
Shota Burjanadze, the founder of the Restaurant Association, told BM.GE, that Associations will represent the PM and the government recommendations on overcoming the crisis in the country.
"The inter-sectoral joint platform, which includes about 15 business associations, addresses the Prime Minister regarding the current problems in the country and requests a meeting. The business will offer the government a vision for small and medium-sized businesses to run the economy. We are ready to start cooperation with the Prime Minister on the Covid-related crisis," Shota Burjanadze said.
Head of Restaurant Association declares that business sector’s joint appeal does not mean restrictions which are introduced for the Easter holidays, as there is no pre-condition that any sector can be closed on the Easter holidays.
“We have an agreement that these regulations don’t affect us, we know that Easter holidays are for the public sector”, Burjanadze noted.
The inter-sectoral press conference will be held in Politkovsaia str. 3 at 11:30.
