Water cannon was used from the Parliament yard against citizens on April 9th Street. Before that, the participants of the rally were knocking at the gates of the Parliament building.
Protesters are shouting: "No to Russia"; "Russians"; "Slaves". They have unfurled the flag of Georgia.
Despite the use of water cannon, protesters are not going to disperse.
