Company “Tatarati”, which produces Georgian traditional sweets and natural products, plans to expand next year. The co-founder of the company, Tinatin Uridia, said this in an interview with bm.ge.
At this stage, “Tatarati” employs a total of 4 people and produces small quantities of products. However, according to Tinatin Uridia, in order to satisfy the local market and expand the sales area, the issue of expansion has been put on the agenda.
“We are planning to expand next year and increase the production at the same time. This will allow us to develop the sales area in the local market.
We want to have our own enterprise and be able to sell products on a larger scale. We do not have any ambitions for export yet, but we still want to be represented with an increased share on the Georgian market. We are actively working on the issue and hope to have our own enterprise by the end of next year. We do not know the exact location, we are in the research process, but we think it will be either near Tbilisi or in Tbilisi,” says Tinatin Uridia.
“Tatarati” is a family business producing traditional Georgian sweets and natural products, which was founded in 2021 by the sisters, Tamar and Tinatin Uridia. The small enterprise offers consumers 5 types of fruit leather, Churchkhela, Gozinaki, various types of tea and Belgian chocolate with Georgian nuts. The company sells these products on the local market.
