Tamar Ioseliani, appointed Deputy Minister of Economy in October 2025, declared her assets and income for 2024 in her public official declaration. She owns a 41.6 sq.m apartment in Batumi, purchased in 2016 for $47,000, while her husband, Zurab Bakuradze, owns a 349 sq.m land plot in Dusheti, bought in 2020 for $1,500, and a 56 sq.m apartment on Ateni Street, acquired in 2022 for $54,000.
Ioseliani also holds 28,735 shares of Liberty Bank, purchased in 2010 for 1,000 GEL, and has previously served as director of Batumi Fishing Company, owned by dual Russian-Georgian citizen Shalva Breus.
In terms of income, Ioseliani earned 1,608 GEL as a member of the Higher Education Accreditation Council, and 135,675 GEL as chair of the Supervisory Board of Anaklia Sea Port. Her husband earned 69,419 GEL as a protocol coordinator in the Government Administration.
Previously, Ioseliani chaired the Supervisory Board of the Georgian Airports Authority for seven months before becoming Deputy Minister. The declaration reflects both her personal and family assets, as well as official income sources from government and supervisory roles.
