Deputy Minister of Finance of Georgia, Mikheil Dundua, filed his latest property declaration on July 31, 2025. The document reveals multiple real estate holdings in Tbilisi, as well as land plots, business interests, and income details.
Real Estate and Land
Dundua owns:
- An apartment on Kalistrate Kutateladze Street, 119.47 sq. m, purchased for 244,615 GEL;
- Another apartment at the same address, 69.4 sq. m, purchased for 142,097 GEL;
- A 1,000 sq. m land plot in the village of Agaraki, purchased for 28,000 GEL;
- Three garages on Sandro Akhmeteli Street in Tbilisi, obtained through an exchange.
Bank Accounts and Liabilities
The Deputy Minister has 6,507 GEL in his TBC Bank salary account. Other accounts at Terabank and elsewhere show no balance. The declaration also lists an overdraft of 5,300 GEL at TBC Bank.
Business Interests
Dundua is the 100% owner of two companies:
- Capital Research Center, directed by his wife, Lana Ebralidze;
- Georgian Business Consulting, operating since 2006.
Income
In 2024, Dundua earned 93,030 GEL as Deputy Minister of Finance, exceeding the annual salary of Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili, who received 80,199 GEL.
His wife, Lana Ebralidze, Deputy Dean and Lecturer at Grigol Robakidze University’s School of Business and Management, declared an income of 25,958 GEL.
Mikheil Dundua has served as Deputy Minister of Finance since November 2018.
