His real estate includes four commercial spaces in central Tbilisi (688 m²) and an apartment on Paliashvili Street purchased for $1.08 million.
His wife, Gvanca Gamezardashvili, owns a house on 8 March Street, a share of a commercial property, and several company stakes.
The couple holds shares in multiple companies: Ghudushauri fully owns SHS Apex Georgia and has stakes in SHS Truso, SHS Padelbade, and other firms, while his wife owns significant shares in Wilkomen, GIIT, Ilda 25, JJ Legal, and SEKA Moving and Storage USA.
At the start of 2025, he had $10,000 in cash and a $150,000 bank loan, while his wife earned tens of thousands of lari from property rentals and invested capital in companies.
This asset declaration highlights the extensive commercial, residential, and business holdings of the former high-ranking official and his family.
