According to him, qualified staff is very important for quality management and production.
"Qualified personnel is a big challenge. We looked at it from a different angle and decided to focus more deeply on human resources. This means that we show young people who are interested in employment what they can achieve. Young people today are interested in the long-term perspective.
We don't have a big loss in terms of personnel, today the number is the same as in 2019, it's just difficult to find new personnel", Khazaradze explained.
The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the company noted that the company's current revenues in the national currency are equal to the data of 2019.
